Information we collect
Depending on how you use AptSoft, we may store:
- Name, email, phone and company details you send via contact forms, WhatsApp, email or project enquiries.
- Project requirements, attachments and correspondence needed to deliver software work.
- For Pay Online: payer name, email, phone, invoice reference (if any), amount, purpose/note, and Razorpay order / payment identifiers.
- For product accounts (for example Byora): login identity, plan and billing metadata, and business data you enter into that product.
- Technical logs needed to run the site securely (for example sign-in events and error traces).
Payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, card, netbanking, wallet). We store plan or invoice references, amounts, GST-related billing fields where applicable, Razorpay ids and confirmation status — not your card number or UPI PIN. Card and UPI secrets stay with Razorpay.
How we use data
We use this information to respond to enquiries, deliver projects, issue GST invoices, confirm online payments, provide product support, and improve site security. We do not sell your ledgers, project files or contact lists.
Security
Passwords for AptSoft products are stored hashed. Sessions and server access are restricted. Payment configuration files are kept off public listing. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure; we take reasonable technical and organisational measures.
Sharing
We share data only as needed with payment processors (Razorpay), hosting/email infrastructure, and statutory authorities when required by Indian law. Product-specific data stays within that product’s tenancy unless you ask us to export or migrate it.
Retention and requests
Billing and tax records are retained as required under Indian GST and accounting rules. To request an export or deletion of personal data we hold (where legally allowed), write to support@aptsoft.co.in.
