These terms govern use of the AptSoft website and services operated by APTSOFT (brand name AptSoft). By using this website, engaging AptSoft for software work, using our products, or paying online, you accept these terms.

What we provide
AptSoft provides custom software development, enterprise applications, AI and automation solutions, cloud and infrastructure services, and related digital products (including products such as Byora and E-Mandi). Unless a separate signed contract says otherwise, website content is informational and does not create a consultancy or CA engagement.
Product-specific features, demos and plan rules for a named product may also be described on that product’s own site. Where those conflict with a signed statement of work for custom delivery, the signed statement of work prevails for that project.
Accounts and communications
When you contact us or create a login for an AptSoft product, you must give true contact details. You are responsible for keeping credentials private and for staff access you grant. Report misuse to support@aptsoft.co.in.
Plans, invoices and payment
Custom project fees and product plan prices are quoted in INR. Applicable GST is charged as per Indian GST rules (CGST+SGST or IGST). Online payments on Pay Online are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). Razorpay’s own fee stays with Razorpay.
Pending invoice amounts shown on Pay Online already include GST as printed on the AptSoft invoice. A GST tax invoice / receipt is issued according to our billing process when payment clears.
Payments made to AptSoft through Razorpay (invoice payments and other online payments) are not refundable. Pay only when you are sure of the amount and purpose. Once Razorpay confirms the payment, AptSoft does not refund it. Full rules: Cancellation & refund policy.
Cancellation
You may stop future online payments at any time by not initiating a new checkout. Amounts already paid for invoices or custom payments are not refundable. For product subscriptions (for example Byora), cancel auto-renewal by writing to support; access continues until the paid end date on that tax invoice. Write to support@aptsoft.co.in for renewal or billing questions.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse AptSoft services or products to file false statutory returns, host malware, attack other systems, or break Indian law. AptSoft may pause access or refuse work that we cannot invoice under GST or compliance rules.
Intellectual property
Unless a signed contract assigns ownership otherwise, AptSoft retains intellectual property in our frameworks, tools and product software. Client-owned data and content you supply remain yours. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell or pirate AptSoft products without written permission.
Privacy
How we handle personal and business data is described in our Privacy policy.
Liability
Deliverables, calculations and reports produced from data you provide remain your responsibility for statutory filings and business decisions. To the extent permitted by law, AptSoft’s liability for a paid engagement or invoice is limited to the amount paid for that engagement or invoice (excluding GST collected as tax).
Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at the registered office of APTSOFT in Chandigarh have jurisdiction.
